When offices closed during the Coronavirus pandemic it is the “karen type team players” who make sure they connect with her team mates to check on how they were all doing. She is the one who knows all the family and partner names and keeps a log of birthdays.

Her specialist skills are in social listening tools. She is the team member digging into the opportunities with TikTok and Instagram Reels, plus Twitter Fleets. She also loves Snapchat and Facebook.

Karen’s mantra is that training is needed to be effective at using social listening applications. Analytical skills should be matched with business experience to enable the best opportunities to be identified.
