How are social media marketing teams adjusting to lockdown life, working at home during the Coronavirus pandemic? Like many other roles and teams, adjustments to the way of working and life itself was needed.
In addition to having to run meetings via Microsoft Teams, Skype and Zoom, working with software as a service (SAAS) tools and collaborative tools were key to keeping the level of efficiency up. I use my mobile and tablet a lot so found it useful to move around the house and still be working. However social media people often appreciate the contact with fellow team members and stakeholders because many of us are driven by being able to interact with others- we miss it!
