Instagram applicable users can now tag products when they create reels to enable shopping. The new feature also allows the addition of a branded content tag for influencers who are paid for their posts.
If you or I view a Reel with the tags then we can tap the “view Products” button to purchase, save, or to find out more about the items.
So now Instagram has given us the full set of options. We can shop through the feed posts, Stories, IGTV and finally Instagram Live.
Meanwhile TikTok is partnering with Shopify. All good news, onwards and upwards!
