Conversation Insights is a A.I.-powered dashboard from Sprinklr. It groups related conversations and visualizes them into interconnected themes. It looks stunning but is very functional.
Conversation clusters
This visualization shows the AI-generated groups represented by a color and a label describing what each group is about. The dots that you see are not clickable. They represent a single message. The lines connecting different nodes represents similarity of messages in their meaning. The most important aspect to understand is that the groups that are highly connected with each other are shown in the center while niche conversations appear at the outskirts.
Deep diving for insights
The fun part is deep diving for insights. A double click on a group label zooms into the next lower level.
make sure your social media analyst is up to date using it. This is one of the reasons why social listening is a key tactical campaign activity.
There is also a report option that compares the conversations based on categories like top brands, sentiment, emotions etc.
Time lapse view
There is an inbuilt time lapse view. Viewing the development of the individual groups and sub-groups over time is easy by clicking the play button in the lower left corner. Thus enabling us to see how the relationships between the groups have changed over time.
A valuable resource for insights
I have used this feature many times in a short period on various projects. It takes a while to generate but once completed it gives an almost endless source for insights. I recommend not trying to build one based on short timelines or restricted data topics. It might reject the request if there is not enough data. You need a very good data size to generate the related groups.
